One Space Base Service

1. The terms used in this Appendix shall be interpreted in accordance with the definitions given in the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract Terms and Definitions in the Bitbon System Social Network.

1. The subject of this Appendix is the functionality of the One Space base service (hereinafter referred to as the “One Space service”).

1. This Appendix consists of the preamble, sections, chapters, which consist of articles that include parts and paragraphs. The structure of the Appendix includes references and links to the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract as well as to other Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract.

1. The One Space service is a base service of the Bitbon System[i] (hereinafter referred to as the “base service”) that is a part of the Bitbon System infrastructure[i] and ensures interaction of Bitbon System Users[i] (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

2. The One Space service ensures effective and secure management of tokenized assets[i] through its functionality.

1. The One Space service is a part of the initial asset for the Bitbon[i] digital asset[i] and guarantees the User’s access to the components[i] and base services. The list of the components and base services is regulated by the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract Components and Base Services of the Bitbon System.

2. The functionality of the One Space service includes:

2.1. The User management of his/her tokenized assets.

2.2. The User’s personal data management.

2.3. Verification[i] of data provided by the User.

2.4. Receipt of an ID Passport[i] and/or Corporate ID Card[i] by the User, as well as assignment of the ID Passport[i] and/or Corporate ID Card categories[i].

2.5. Providing a platform for Users to communicate in the Bitbon System Social Network[i].

2.6. Managing parameters of the User’s access to his/her Bitbon System personal account[i] data (hereinafter referred to as the “personal account”).

2.7. Restoring access to the User’s personal account.

2.8. Providing the User with access to the components and/or other base services and their functionality.

3. The list of the functionality of the One Space service is not exhaustive.

4. The functionality of the One Space service shall be implemented in accordance with the Bitbon System Roadmap.

1. The One Space service provides the User with access to the personal account through its functionality.

2. The operation of the personal account as well as its use are regulated by the Appendix Bitbon System Account.

1. Amendments and/or additions to this Appendix may be made solely under the rules provided for the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract Making Amendments and/or Additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract.

2. If there is any discrepancy between various versions (printed, electronic, etc.) of this Appendix, its electronic version published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System[i] shall be deemed the official one.

3. This Appendix is translated into other languages only for convenience of Bitbon System Users. In case of differences in understanding and/or interpretation of this Appendix, the Russian version shall prevail.

4. Only the Bitbon System Operators[i] are entitled to give an official explanation of this Appendix.

5. In accordance with Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, this Appendix is an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract and comes into force after its publication on the official information resources of the Bitbon System.

6. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, amendments and/or additions may be made to this Appendix only if such amendments and/or additions do not contradict the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract and Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract. Amendments and/or additions made to this Appendix shall be published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System and come into force in accordance with the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract “Making Amendments and/or Additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract”.

1. The Bitbon System Operators strive to maintain uninterrupted operation of the One Space service. By using the One Space service, the User agrees that there is a possibility of disruptions in the operation of the Bitbon System infrastructure, which may lead to a temporary interruption of the operation and limitation of access to the functionality of the One Space service in whole or in any part.

2. The User shall not use the One Space service if he/she does not accept the terms and conditions established by the Bitbon System Public Contract in whole or in any part.

3. The use of the Bitbon System infrastructure shall mean agreement of the User with the terms and conditions established by the Bitbon System Public Contract.
