Making Amendments and/or Additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract

The terms used in this Appendix shall be interpreted in accordance with the definitions given in the Appendix to the Bitbon System Public Contract Terms and Definitions in the Bitbon System Social Network.

1. This Appendix establishes the procedure and requirements for making amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract as well as to the Appendices that are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract (hereinafter referred to as “making amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract”).

2. This Appendix establishes the requirements for the procedure of notifying Bitbon System Users[i] of amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract.

3. This Appendix is direct guidelines for Bitbon System Operators[i] when making amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract.

1. This Appendix consists of the preamble, sections, chapters, which consist of articles that include parts and paragraphs. The structure of the Appendix includes links and references to the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract as well as to separate Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract.

1. The Bitbon System Operators are authorized to make amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract.

2. In accordance with paragraph 1 of Provision 17 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, SIMCORD LLC may initiate and make amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract.

1. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Provision 18 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, amendments and/or additions may be made to the Bitbon System Public Contract only in accordance with the procedure described herein.

2. Amendments and/or additions can be made to the Bitbon System Public Contract only if such amendments and/or additions shall not contradict the principles laid down in the operation of the Bitbon System[i] .

3. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, no Appendices shall contradict in their content the Bitbon System Public Contract.

1. When making amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract and/or the Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract, the Bitbon System Operator shall comply with the procedure and requirements established herein.

2. All Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract, shall be published in accordance with the established/adopted structure, which consists of the preamble, sections that include chapters, which consist of articles that include parts and paragraphs.

3. The Bitbon System Operators undertake obligations to inform all Bitbon System Users about amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract.

4. After making amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract, the Bitbon System Operator shall publish information on introducing such amendments and/or additions on the official information resources of the Bitbon System[i].

5. Amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract shall come into force 3 days after they are published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System.

6. Amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract aimed at ensuring technological security, stability and integrity of the Bitbon System as well as security of the Bitbon System Community shall come into force once they are published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System.

7. In accordance with aragraph 2 of Provision 18 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract and/or Appendices to it, which have not been published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System, shall not be applied by Bitbon System Users.

8. In accordance with paragraph 4 of Provision 18 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, any amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract, which have been brought to the attention of Bitbon System Users in any way not provided for herein, shall be void.

9. Making amendments and/or additions to the Bitbon System Public Contract in any way not provided for in Provision 18 of the Bitbon System Public Contract or this Appendix is forbidden.

1. Amendments and/or additions to this Appendix can be made solely under the rules provided for herein.

2. If there is any discrepancy between various forms (printed, electronic, etc.) of this Appendix, its electronic version published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System shall be deemed official.

3. This Appendix is translated into other languages only for convenience of Bitbon System Users. In case of differences in understanding and/or interpretation of this Appendix, the Russian version shall prevail.

4. Only the Bitbon System Operators are entitled to give an official explanation of this Appendix.

5. In accordance with Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, this Appendix is an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract and comes into force after its publication on the official information resources of the Bitbon System.

6. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Provision 2 of the Bitbon System Public Contract, amendments and/or additions may be made to this Appendix only if such amendments and/or additions do not contradict the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract and Appendices, which are an integral part of the Bitbon System Public Contract. Amendments and/or additions made to this Appendix shall be published on the official information resources of the Bitbon System and come into force in accordance with Article 6 of this Appendix.
