Bitbon System Guidelines
The Appendix “Bitbon System Community Guidelines” (hereinafter — Appendix) establishes the fundamental rules and principles of interaction among Bitbon System Users[i] (hereinafter — Users) as well as their activities carried out through the Bitbon System[i].
The use of the common information space is based on general rules of behavior that apply to each User and are generally aimed at uniting the Bitbon System Community (hereinafter — Community), in particular, by establishing mutual trust and respect among Users and towards the Bitbon System.
The basis of these Guidelines is the Community’s commitment to implement social relations on the basis of a decentralized information platform[i] as a unified digital ecosystem of services, which allows its Users to engage in transparent socioeconomic relations with guaranteed technological control over compliance with the agreements reached.

- 1.9. Integrity of a deal is the immutability of the terms and/or data of the deal from the moment of its conclusion until its implementation without the approval by the other party to the deal.
- 1.10. Reliability of data — all data provided by the User must be true.
- 1.11. Mutual respect — any actions based on discriminatory characteristics in legal relations within the Bitbon System are prohibited.
- 1.12. Equality of the parties — equality of each User when implementing legal relations in the Bitbon System.
- 1.13. Disposition principle — disputes in the Bitbon System are resolved only on the initiative of the User and in accordance with the rules, procedures and Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract and its Appendices, which are an integral part thereof.
- 1.14. Personal responsibility — each User bears personal responsibility for the actions they take in the Bitbon System, in accordance with the Provisions of the Bitbon System Public Contract and its Appendices, which are an integral part thereof.
- 1.15. Fair competition — any interaction between Users when engaging in legal relations in the Bitbon System is based on honest and transparent relations, mutual respect, reasonableness as well as compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- 1.16. Voluntariness is the conscious acceptance by the User of the obligations stipulated by the deal in the Bitbon System.
